Our services encompass a wide range of technological expertise, including but not limited to software design, development, testing, and maintenance, as well as web application development and optimization.

Modifications:

Vitre Labs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at its sole discretion. Notice of significant changes will be provided to Users when feasible.

User Responsibilities

Account:

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features of our services. It is the User's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their account information and promptly notify Vitre Labs of any unauthorized use.

Compliance:

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their use of Vitre Labs' services, ensuring that their actions do not violate any third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

Ownership:

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, associated with the services provided by Vitre Labs remain the exclusive property of Vitre Labs.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services for their intended purpose. This license is non-transferable and subject to compliance with these terms.

Confidentiality

Both Vitre Labs and the User agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the course of providing or using the services. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, proprietary software, trade secrets, and business strategies.

Payments and Fees

The pricing structure for Vitre Labs' services is detailed in the applicable service agreements or proposals provided to the User. Pricing may be based on project milestones, hourly rates, or other agreed-upon terms.

Payments:

Users are responsible for making timely payments according to the agreed-upon terms. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

Termination

Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement with or without cause by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the User is required to cease using Vitre Labs' services, and any outstanding fees become immediately due.

Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer:

Vitre Labs disclaims any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use its services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
